I have built the skeleton of the extension with html and style using CSS and for performing operation i have used JavaScript

Firebase's FireStoreData Storage & Backend

I have used Firebase authentication for 100% anonymous login (without any details) and firestore for storing data.

Custom Algorithms to reduce spam

I have designed some custom algorithms to reduce the spamming like no user can add hint or prerequisite more than once and can't vote more than once.
